Rubber-Modified Bitumen Manufacturing Machine

Our DXL rubber-modified bitumen manufacturing machine features a self-heating system for bitumen mixing and production. Designed for efficiency and convenience, this modified-bitumen machinery excels in producing and storing rubber modified asphalt and SBS modified bitumen without the need for an external hot oil heater.

The rubber-modified bitumen manufacturing machine consists of tank, aerogel and rock wool insulation, heating system, material grinding system, feeding system of crumb rubber, base asphalt injection port, final product pumping system, mixing and blending system, electrical control system, control room, etc.

• Dual Diesel Burner Heating System: Incorporates two diesel burners for efficient heating, with two sets of heating pipes within the tank to distribute high-temperature flue gas for asphalt heating, complemented by a hot oil pump for consistent thermal distribution.
• Material Grinding System: Equipped with a grinder to ensure fine material texture.
• Automatic Temperature Control System: Utilizes temperature sensors for both the heat transfer oil and asphalt, enabling automatic burner adjustment based on predefined limits, ensuring optimal production conditions.
• Batching and Weighing System: Features a high-precision weighing sensor, displaying material weight on an LCD for accurate ratio control and mixture consistency.
• Crumb Rubber Feeding System: Includes two screw feeders and feeding ports, which allow operators to directly add the rubber powder on the ground level into the machine.
• Pumping System: Features a robust asphalt pump designed for efficient material handling, including seamless loading, unloading, and internal recirculation capabilities within the tank. This ensures a smooth process flow for both the intake of raw materials and the output of the final product.
• Stirring System: Equipped with three high-power agitators with variable frequency control for a soft start and adjustable speed, ensuring comprehensive mixing, effectively blending both bottom sediment and surface materials.
